In choosing our software, you are making a long-term investment in a key business tool. We are committed to ensuring you get the most value from our systems. Our support packages are tailored to each product/client, to ensure that help is just a phone call or email away.

Support Packages

  • Hourly support services contracts feature reduced rates for buying a block of support hours ahead of time.

  • Enhancement Contracts entitle you to free upgrades when we release a new version of the system.

Hours of Service

ALDATA's regular business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST, Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays; however, you can negotiate extended hours of service to your support requirements.

Proportional Response

When you call ALDATA for help, our efforts to resolve your problem are directly proportional to the impact the issue is having or is likely to have on your ability to do business. In short, if you can't use your system to manage your business, we'll move heaven and earth to get you up and running again.
