The Implementation Process

Through years of practice, ALDATA has worked out protocols to allow your system implementation to go smoothly, on time and within budget. A project schedule is one of the first things created once you decide to implement an ALDATA system.

Design & Analysis

Each ALDATA system is tailored to the client's requirements. Our Business Analysts work with you to understand and match up your business practices to the optimal system configuration for your operation.

Configuration & Testing

ALDATA's techs work through a configuration and test of our systems at our offices, with periodic checks with you to make sure the system we're setting up will meet your requirements.

Installation

Where appropriate, ALDATA's staff will visit your facility to install and test our software.

Training

ALDATA provides complete training for all its products to ensure that users are comfortable with the system. Depending on the product and on the client, training sessions may be held on-site during implementation, or delivered via the Internet.

Transition Assistance

Moving to a new system can be difficult. ALDATA makes special provision for additional support and assistance during this transition period.
